Edição especial: em homenagem ao número do programa, vamos para 1975, o ano em que eu nasci e em que localizo a troca de marcha entre duas histórias que chamamos com o mesmo nome, “Rock” (tenho um livro na manga sobre esse assunto). Começo com/sem ironia com “Dinosaur Song” do Cash (tirado de seu disco pra crianças), mas daí assistimos à galvanização dos Beatles como topo do pop, à ascensão do reggae e à consolidação do funk - mas o momento que eu mais gosto é quando “Bohemian Rhapsody” se desfaz sobre “Radioactivity”, uma era de ouro claramente chegando ao fim e outra começando mansa e tensa. Freddie Mercury finaliza colocando-se à disposiçãõ do vento e pulverisa-se aos cliques e beats dos contadores gêigeres do quarteto alemão. A partir dali, tudo mudaria.
